Shipping & Delivery Policy
Courier Services & Rates
We partner with Japan Post and Yamato Transport to fulfill deliveries.
* Standard Flat Rate (Within Japan): 700 yen per package.

* Distant Locations Flat Rate (Within Japan): 1,700 yen per package (applicable to remote islands/distant prefectures).

International Shipping & Customs Disclaimer
For orders shipped to destinations outside of Japan:

* Calculated Shipping Rates: International shipping is fulfilled via DHL. The total shipping fee is not fixed; it depends entirely on the destination country, current DHL rates, and the total size and volumetric weight of your package. The final shipping cost will be calculated and provided to you upon order confirmation.
* Customs and Import Taxes: TOMODACHI 株式会社 has absolutely no control over foreign customs policies, import duties, clearance fees, or local taxes.

* Buyer Responsibility: Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees must be handled and paid entirely by the customer upon or prior to delivery to receive the package.

Dispatch Cut-Off & Delivery Timeframes
* Daily Cut-Off: Our daily shipment dispatch cut-off time is between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM (Japan Standard Time).

* Rush Shipping: We do not accept rushed delivery requests. Orders paid for after our daily cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.

* Tracking Numbers: Tracking information will be sent to customers via message by the end of the business day on which the item is shipped.

Delivery Time Slots (Within Japan Only)
Customers may select from the following preferred delivery windows:
* 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Morning)

* 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

* 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

* 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

* 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
