Welcome to TOMODACHI 株式会社. By placing an order, submitting a pre-order, or engaging in a layaway agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between the company and the buyer.
Order Placement & Processing
To place an order, customers must provide complete and accurate information via private message (PM) or text message, including:
1. Full Legal Name

2. Complete Shipping Address (including zip code/postal code)

3. Mandatory Contact Number (strictly required for courier processing and COD shipments)

4. Preferred Delivery Date & Time Slot

Pricing & Market Volatility (Gold Rate Disclaimer)
* Market-Based Pricing: The value of gold fluctuates daily based on global market rates. Consequently, item prices may be adjusted based on the current gold rate at the time your order is finalized and ready.

* Securing Quoted Prices: Quoted prices are to be considered estimates only. To lock in a specific price, we must confirm stock availability and receive a sufficient down payment.

* Special Orders: All made-to-order, pre-order, and special-order items are subject to market price changes. The final price will be determined precisely upon the item’s arrival.

Personalized Orders (Name Necklaces)
* Locking the Price: For all personalized name necklaces and custom-made name jewelry, production will not begin until a down payment is received. This down payment is strictly required to lock in the gold rate and secure the quoted price for your custom piece. Without a down payment, the final price remains subject to daily gold market fluctuations.

Pre-Orders & No Layaway Policy
* Pre-Orders & Reserved Items: All pre-ordered and reserved items are considered sold. No cancellations, alterations, or adjustments are permitted once an order has been logged and confirmed.

* No Layaway Plans: We do not offer layaway, installment, or partial payment plans under any circumstances. All items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase or order confirmation before they can be processed or shipped.
General Customer Conduct
* We enforce a strict policy against "Bogus Buyers" and "Joy Reservers." Failure to follow through on committed purchases or reserved items will result in a permanent ban from future transactions.
